Pick Instructor window
Purpose
Use this window to search for and select an instructor during different scheduling tasks.
To access this window
Complete one of the following to access this window.
- On the Modules menu, point to Scheduling and click Pay Scheduling Instructors or use the keyboard shortcut Alt, M, H, Y.
- On the Add/Change Instructors window, click Find.

Fields and boxes

| Look for |
Enter your search criteria. The grid automatically moves to the instructor matching the value as you type. The information you enter in the box changes based on the currently selected column in the grid. For example, if the sort order is by last name, this box label is Look for Last and you should enter the customer's last name. If, however, the sort order is by Instructor number, this box label is Look for Inst# and you should enter the instructor's identifying number. |
| Show Inactive | Includes inactive instructors in the grid. |

grid columns A right angle bracket (>) identifies the column currently used to sort the grid. This grid may be sorted by any column. |

Last |
Displays the last name and first initial (space permitting) of your instructors. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by last name. |

Inst# |
Displays the instructor number associated with each instructor. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by instructor number. |

Name |
Displays the first and last name of each instructor. Click the column heading to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by instructor name. |
